The turntables
Where it started. I was still learning to DJ, so I filmed the sets and put them on YouTube — a way to check my hands, and whether the mixes were clean. A personal log, nothing more.

The record shelf
I've loved jazz since I was a teenager. Records came later, almost by accident. Once they were playing at home, I wanted to take that sound with me on the way to work. The sets grow as this shelf does.
10 代のころからジャズが好きで、ひょんなことからレコードを集め始めました。家の音を通勤中にも持ち出して聴けたら、と思ったのがきっかけです。セットは、この棚と一緒に少しずつ育っています。

The speakers, and the rest
I'm a gear nerd. The short version:

Mono pressings get a mono cartridge, so they sound the way they were cut. For higher-quality audio, the same sets are on Mixcloud.

- A staghorn fern. The watch is a vintage Enicar.

- No. Every set is played from vinyl, by hand.
